COVID-19 Statement

I hope you all are staying safe and healthy as our daily life starts to shift with the ever-changing news surrounding the COVID-19 spread.

I want to assure you that things here are running smoothly and we’ll continue to perform our services without interruption. Since the situation is fluid, I’ll continue to keep you all updated should that change.

Where we support your website through a Care Plan, please do not hesitate to reach out if you need a notice posted on your website for interruptions or changes in your business that you would like to bring to the attention of your online visitors. All logged time to implement changes to your site for notices and alerts around COVID-19 will NOT be subtracted from any agreed support time and will be complimentary.

If you only host your website with us without a full Care Plan, we can also offer this complimentary service.​​

​​Where you have a Managed Office 365 service, please do not hesitate to reach out if you need a notice posted to your email signatures. These will only be text-based signatures, although we can offer a centralised Office 365 email signature service separately that can handle image-based signatures for a small monthly fee If you need any additional email address created during this situation, please do contact us to collect the details.

​​Microsoft is still charging subscription fees for their Office 365 products, so any additions will need to be invoiced as you need them. If you need to pause any staff email addresses, please let us know – any pause in mailbox licenses will reduce the monthly fees charged by Microsoft accordingly.

Where you have a Remote Managed IT Device Support service, please do not hesitate to reach out if you need help with any of your “work from home” based computers and ​​remote working practices. I can help with one-off technical support requests on a straight forward time and material basis or I can add in a device used at home to any current monthly subscription service whilst the COVID-19 lockdown remains in place.
